I was looking for multi-protocol internet messenger and I stumbled upon this website. Since I was new to Mac OS, then I downloaded the application and installed it on my Mac.

Uninstalling Netbeans 6.1 From Ubuntu 8.10
I have downloaded netbeans 6.5 yesterday and I would like to uninstall the old version (6.1) from my notebook. I have already known that there’s no conflict to have both version installed, but I would like to reduce the space on my hard drive.
Uninstalling netbeans is sligthly different in Ubuntu. We have to run the uninstall script (uninstall.sh) in which we have installed netbeans. So, I went to find the installation directory and type this command:
armand@armandbook:~/netbeans-6.1$ sudo sh uninstall.sh
The Installer wizard would appear then simply choose uninstall, wait for the uninstallation completed as shown on this screenshot:

Atheros Wireless Works Perfectly in Ubuntu 8.10
I have installed ubuntu 8.10 several days ago. There was a problem when I was trying to view the list of installed network interfaces on my notebook. When I’m opening System > Administration > Hardware Drivers, Support for Atheros 802.11 wireless LAN cards is installed and is being used. But I can’t find it under System > Administration > Network Tools. I think that this is a common problem and many ubuntu users have the same problem.
After some browsing and trials then I found that I could use the original Atheros wireless drivers that was supplied for Windows. The file name should be 5211.inf and could be found at Atheros Wireless driver’s directory or CD.

If you have a blogspot blog, then it is a good one when you are travelling, away from computer, or there’s no internet connection available but you bring your cell phone. All you need are:
- Configuring your blogspot
- GPRS/3G Connection
- A Cell Phone
The first step is to configure the blogspot so we can post directly from our cell phone later. Blogspot provides Mail-to-Blogger; post by email service, and we need only configure this by filling the email address that we would like to be sent from.
Log in to your blogger dashboard and select the Settings menu. Choose the Email option and fill in the Mail-to-Blogger Address that you want to use. Don’t forget to click the Save Settings button if you have finished it. » Continue reading….
