Deadline Comes Crazy - ArmandBook.com

Managing multiple blogs same how we manage a few company with one manager in it, one worker, and unpredictable number of clients. Why unpredictable? because we don’t know where are we when we get started, I mean when our blog have been promoted to public readers.

One Manager

I’ve just said that blog is like a huge company to manage. We must control everything to make our company exists. At the same time we have to provide a good service to our clients and give some support as feedback that come from our public readers.

There’s a little thing that make it easy to maintain a blog, we can manage the time as we like. We don’t have to wait until the alarm wake us up in the morning, except if you have another primary job and you should go to your office early. This would be a different thing for a full time blogger. They’ll spend most of their time to sit in front of their computer and think what’s the next release post.

One Employee

Maybe you would never think to make a blog and it would become larger by its contents and subscribers. The time is running out then you feel that your blog is now a valuable thing in your life. You can’t enjoy your day without creating a new post each day. Meanwhile, it’s your responsibility to keep it exists, now you’re an employee at your own company with yourself as the manager at the same time. Is it crazy? of course not. There are many large company that nothing in it at the first, but it comes larger because the owner always consistence. You’re the manager!

Unpredictable Clients

A lot of eyes watching the internet everyday. If you want always to stand by with your monitor along the day, then you’ll be like a robot. Yeah, I spend most of my time to browse the internet to find something fresh out there. But, it will be like a boomerang and at certain point, we can’t always be in good condition. Sometime we feel bad and don’t have any idea, we’re blank.

We have our readers read our article and we should keep its content quality so they will come back again later. This is good for our blog’s health, but not good for our body, yeah. As I said, you’re the manager and the employee at the same time and have to give support to many clients. This is your responsibility and the heavier the responsibility, the better we’ll make the best quality.

Actually you don’t do it for anybody, you do it for your own good. This responsibily has made some people to get crazy and thinking to much to have the article posted before the deadline, but there’s not “dead way” if we always keep managing our time.

Schedule Post

A schedule post might be helpful. If you have many idea in a day then it’s better to write it down and save it for future release as a draft or to schedule it to be posted at the next day. You’ll then save your time for tomorrow and you’ll have enough time go out with your friends and family. The deadline will not come crazy any more.
